- Service Engineer – AC: BE Mechanical/Electrical with 7–10 years of hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting experience
- Maintenance Technician: ITI/Trade Certificate with 5–8 years of all-rounder experience
- Pump Mechanic: ITI/Trade Certificate with 5–8 years of repair and maintenance experience
- UPS Technicians: ITI with 5–8 years of UPS system maintenance experience
- Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Technicians: ITI with 5–8 years of experience in firefighting systems like FM200, Foam, suppression systems
- HVAC Foreman: Diploma/ITI in HVAC trade with 5–8 years of experience in HVAC, firefighting, plumbing works
- Diesel Generator Electrician: ITI with 5–10 years of experience in generator systems and DB panel wiring
- Welders: ITI with 5–8 years of structural and maintenance welding experience
- Electrical Foreman: Diploma/ITI Electrical with 5–10 years in commercial building electrical works
- Electricians: ITI Electrical with 5–8 years in conduiting, DB wiring, and fire alarm systems
- Centrifugal Chillers Specialist: Diploma/ITI in Mechanical with experience in Daikin, McQuay, Carrier, Trane, and York
- Supervisors for Data Center: Bachelor/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical with 5–8 years in CRAC units, VRF, FAHU, UPS, Rectifiers
- Operators – Mechanical: Diploma/ITI with experience in split ACs, VRF, fire protection systems
