  Minimum 1 year experience in tracker installation
  Knowledge of basic civil and mechanical drawings
• MECHANICAL FOREMAN
  Minimum 4 years experience in supervising mechanical works
  Ability to interpret design drawings for proper installation of systems
• SCAFFOLDING INSPECTOR
  Minimum 4 years of scaffolding inspection experience in solar power plant construction
• ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN
  Minimum 1 year experience in cable glanding and termination works
  Basic knowledge of electrical drawings
