Available Positions
1. Technical Manager
- Experience: 15-20 years in façade or architectural projects
- Recent Role: Must have held a Technical Manager position for at least 5 years
- Education: Degree in Architectural Engineering
- Software Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Orgadata
- Expertise in 2D/3D modeling and advanced building envelope design
- Strong coordination with stakeholders and excellent analysis of technical specifications
2. Senior Design Engineer
- Experience: 10-15 years in design and drafting
- Education: Degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent diploma
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage and lead drafting teams
- Software Skills: AutoCAD, Revit, Orgadata, MS Office
- Must handle shop, manufacturing, installation, and as-built drawings
- Capable of task distribution and tracking drawing approvals
3. Structural Engineer
- Experience: 7-12 years in structural engineering
- Education: Degree in Structural Engineering
- Skills: 2D/3D modeling, material selection, structural design, and value engineering
- Software Tools: AutoCAD, STAAD, and Robot
- Experience in working with contractors and project teams
4. Draftsmen – AutoCAD Specialists
- Experience: 5-10 years in architectural or façade drafting
- Education: Diploma or higher in a relevant field
- Software Skills: AutoCAD & MS Office
- Must be capable of preparing executive, manufacturing, and installation drawings
- Work closely with architects and engineers
Minimum Requirement for All Positions
- Diploma or Degree in the relevant field
- Proficiency in specified software tools
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
