1. Airless Spray Painter
- Diploma in related field
- Certification in Industrial Painting
- Minimum 4 years of experience in marine coating applications (new ships under IACS)
- NACE Level 1 or SSPC C3 certification
2. Scaffolder
- Diploma or vocational training in Scaffolding
- Minimum 4 years of scaffolding experience in shipyards
- CISRS Scaffolder Card
- OSHA 10 certification
- Knowledge of scaffold tagging (Green/Red tags)
- Basic use of scaffold design software like Layher
3. Steel Welder
- Diploma in related field
- 5+ years of experience in shipyard welding
- Expertise in IACS welding standards and inspections
- Mastery in vertical, overhead, flat-position welding
- Hands-on with ceramic backing butt welds
- Specialized in FCAW, SMAW, and GMAW for steel plates
- Active IACS welding certifications
4. Steel Fitter
- Diploma in a relevant trade
- 5+ years of experience in ship construction or submarines under IACS
- Active tacking or welding certifications under IACS
- AWS Certified Fitter or Welder
- Familiarity with weld preparation standards (AWS D1.1)
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD blueprint reading
5. Pipe Fitter
- Diploma in mechanical or pipe fitting trades
- 5+ years of experience in marine pipe fitting
- Active pipe fitting or tacking certifications from IACS or AWS
- Mastery in pipe and flange fitting for ships
- Experience in new ship/submarine projects under IACS standards
6. Pipe Welder
- Diploma in a relevant trade
- 5+ years of marine pipe welding experience
- IACS or AWS certified pipe welding tickets
- Mastery of 6G and orbital welding techniques
- Knowledge in hydrotesting and NDE (Non-Destructive Examination)
