1. Electrical Engineer (Maintenance)
- Qualification: BE in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years in maintenance of large commercial installations
- Responsibilities include maintenance of LT Panels, Electrical Switchgear, Motor Control Centers, Generators, UPS, Fire Alarm Systems
- Excellent knowledge in electrical systems in modern buildings
- Preference: Gulf Experience Preferred
2. HVAC Site Engineer
- Qualification: BE in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years in mechanical and plumbing installation supervision
- Responsibilities include HVAC, ducting, firefighting systems, ventilation, water systems, drainage, waste management, medical gas systems
- Should support logistics in procurement of machinery and equipment
- Experience in preparing and evaluating tender documents for MEP services
- Review technical drawings, BOQs, test reports, and contractor submittals
- Must be capable of supervising testing, commissioning, and handover to clients
3. HVAC Maintenance Technician
- Qualification: ITI or equivalent in HVAC or Mechanical field
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years
- Skills: Maintenance and troubleshooting of DX units, rotary screw chillers, reciprocating chillers (1.5 – 190 ton), air handlers, compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, and control systems
- Job Role includes performing preventive and corrective maintenance
- Installations and modifications to existing HVAC and piping systems
- Update technical records and manuals, follow safety protocols
- Gulf Experience is mandatory
