Job Descriptions

• Foreman – Painting and Gypsum Works: Responsible for supervising a team of up to 10 workers in painting and drywall (gypsum) installation. Plans daily activities, ensures site safety, coordinates with management, and maintains high-quality finishes throughout all project stages.
• Painter & Gypsum Skilled Worker: Skilled in installing gypsum boards (drywall), taping, jointing, sanding, and completing painting works including priming, color coats, and surface finishes. Must deliver flawless interior and exterior finishing work.
• Non-Skilled Construction Worker: Performs support tasks such as debris removal, transporting materials, mixing compounds, and assisting skilled laborers. Expected to maintain cleanliness and safety on construction sites.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in relevant construction trades
• Prior European/GCC experience preferred
• Must have valid passport with minimum 1-year validity
• English speaking is mandatory for communication and safety compliance
• Immediate availability preferred
