- Project Engineer: Candidates with strong experience in the construction of thermal power plants are preferred. Should be capable of handling large-scale EPC contracts and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. Experience in project scheduling, material control, and manpower planning is essential.
- Contract Engineer: Must have a solid background in EPC project contract management, ideally in the energy or infrastructure construction sector. Knowledge of standard contractual documents like FIDIC and MF-1 will be highly appreciated. Responsibilities include tendering, claims, and contract negotiations.
- Mechanical Engineer: Should have working experience in power plant construction, HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator), Gas Turbines (GT), Steam Turbines (ST), and complex piping systems. Expertise in mechanical systems installation, commissioning, and technical drawing interpretation is a must.
- Electrical Construction Engineer: Required for HRSG, GT, ST-based projects. Candidate must have hands-on experience in the installation, testing, and commissioning of high-voltage equipment, cable routing, and switchgear systems. Knowledge of European electrical standards is advantageous.
- Civil Engineer: EPC or infrastructure-based civil engineering background required. Experience in power plant or large industrial construction is a must. Proficiency in RFQ processes, cost estimation, civil BOQ, site execution, and contract administration is required.
- Eligibility Criteria: All candidates must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar projects. Preference will be given to those who have overseas work exposure, particularly in European EPC environments.
