Project Manager

• Salary: 3,500 – 4,000 USD
• Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. Civil Engineering
• Experience: 15+ Years (Gulf Experience mandatory)
• Responsibilities:
  • Plan & schedule execution of stadium & hotel projects (Structural, MEP, Interiors, Fit-out, Finishing)
  • Ensure premium quality for luxury hotel projects
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders
  • Risk management & reporting to senior management

Construction Manager

• Salary: 3,000 – 3,500 USD
• Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. Civil Engineering
• Experience: 15+ Years (Gulf Experience mandatory)
• Responsibilities:
  • Manage stadium construction from planning to handover
  • Lead site teams, subcontractors, vendors
  • Ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery
  • Compliance with safety regulations & global standards

Civil QA/QC Engineer

• Salary: 2,000 – 2,500 USD
• Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. Civil Engineering
• Experience: 15+ Years (Gulf Experience mandatory)
• Age Limit: 50 Years
• Responsibilities:
  • Implement QA/QC procedures as per project codes
  • Inspection of concrete, steel, finishing & MEP works
  • Prepare QA/QC docs (IR, submittals, test reports)
  • Issue NCRs and follow corrective actions

Civil Engineer

• Salary: 1,800 – 2,000 USD
• Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. Civil Engineering
• Experience: 15+ Years (Gulf Experience mandatory)
• Duty: 10 Hours / 28 Day rotation
• Responsibilities:
  • Supervise stadium structures: RCC, steel, grandstands, turf, drainage & lighting
  • Coordinate with architects & consultants
  • Daily / weekly reporting & manpower management
