Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3–7 years in Oil & Gas projects; previous Gulf experience in shutdown/maintenance or EPC
- Ability to read isometrics, GA drawings, and P&IDs (for fabricators/fitters/foremen)
- Valid certifications for welders (3G/4G SMAW, GTAW, CS/SS/Alloy)
- Proven safety compliance, awareness of site PTW and QA/QC procedures
- Good communication and team coordination skills for multi-national worksites
Responsibilities
- Piping Foreman: supervise fabrication/erection, allocate manpower, ensure HSE and quality compliance
- Pipe Fabricators: spool fabrication, fit-up, tack welding, tolerance checks, material identification
- Pipe Fitters: installation, alignment, hydro/pneumatic test support, flange management
- Plate Welders (3G/4G): SMAW/FCAW on structural and plate assemblies per WPS
- TIG & ARC Welders (CS/SS/Alloy): GTAW+SMAW root and fill passes for process piping
