Eligibility & Profile
  • Education: Full-time Degree or equivalent in relevant discipline
  • Experience: Minimum 5–10 years in the same profile
  • Mandatory: Prior Gulf experience in the same field
  • Domain: Power plants, hydrogen/ready systems, CHP, oil & gas, utilities, EPC
  • Skills: Commissioning, QA/QC, HSE, BOP systems, E&I, piping, materials coordination, project controls

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute mechanical erection, E&I integration, and piping as per drawings and QA/QC plans
  • Lead BOP commissioning, functional checks, punch list clearance, and system handover
  • Implement HSE procedures, audits, incident reporting, and risk assessments to EU standards
  • Develop and track baselines, schedules, S-curves, quantity progress, and change/claim dossiers
  • Coordinate site materials, preservation, storage, MIV/MR workflows, and logistics
  • Resolve pending points with client and OEMs; ensure milestone achievement

The mandate covers critical roles that ensure quality, safety, schedule, and commissioning excellence, including QC Inspector – Mechanical Erection, HSE Inspector, Project Control Engineer, Electrical Supervisor for BOP systems, Mechanical Coordinator for commissioning, Mechanical Coordinator – Chemical Analyst with chemical washing exposure, B Commissioning Engineer (CROPS, training, and maintenance works), Commissioning Engineer focused on pending points and claims, Site Material Lead/Coordinator, Electrical and Instrument & Control Coordinator, and Piping Supervisor for night shift operations. Applicants must hold a full-time degree or equivalent qualification with 5 to 10 years of demonstrable experience in the same discipline, and prior Gulf experience is mandatory for alignment with international project demands. Typical responsibilities include planning and executing mechanical erection, integrating electrical and instrumentation packages, supervising piping installation, driving BOP commissioning readiness, implementing European HSE directives through risk assessments, toolbox talks, audits, and incident reporting, and ensuring documentation traceability across ITPs, WIRs, RFI logs, punch lists, and turnover dossiers. Project control engineers will develop baselines, track progress through S-curves and earned value indicators, manage variations, and support claim substantiation where applicable. Site material coordinators will steward material receiving, preservation, storage optimization, inventory accuracy, and issuance to construction fronts, while coordinators for E&I and I&C will interface with OEMs and specialist vendors to achieve timely energization, loop checks, and subsystem handovers. Candidates should be proficient in stakeholder communication, client interface, and cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced EPC settings, ensuring quality and safety are never compromised while meeting milestone commitments.
