Open Roles (Western Region — Saudi Arabia)

  1. General Manager - Facilities Management — Bachelor's in Engineering; 15+ years experience (minimum 5 years in senior managerial roles). Proven P&L ownership, client relationship management and large-scale FM program delivery.
  2. Facilities/Project Manager — Bachelor's in Engineering; 10–15 years experience; deep FM operations and project execution background across MEP, vendors and service level agreements.
  3. Facilities Management Engineer — Bachelor's; 7–9 years experience; strong CAFM exposure, planned preventive maintenance strategies and maintenance KPI reporting.
  4. Mechanical & Electrical Engineer — Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical; 10–12 years experience; electromechanical systems, testing and commissioning, HVAC, power distribution and asset lifecycle management.
  5. Senior Civil Engineer — Bachelor's in Civil; 10–12 years experience; concrete structures, structural assessments and root-cause investigations for recurring defects.
  6. Civil Engineer — Bachelor's in Civil; 5–10 years experience; site supervision, snag resolution and civil defect management.
  7. Planning Engineer — Bachelor's; 6–8 years experience; Primavera P6 master, programme control, baseline management and technical progress reporting.
  8. Quantity Surveyor — Bachelor's; 6–8 years experience; cost estimation, variation control, BOQ reconciliation and budget tracking.
  9. Quality, Health & Safety Engineer — NEBOSH/OSHA certified and Six Sigma Green Belt preferred; 10+ years experience; FM-specific HSE, risk assessments and contractor governance.

Locations: Jeddah, Makkah, Taif & Madinah. Contract types and package details will be discussed with shortlisted candidates. We are particularly interested in applicants with prior GCC experience, CAFM implementation exposure, Primavera P6 proficiency, NEBOSH/OSHA certification, and strong vendor/contract management track records.

Candidate Requirements & Preferred Skills

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent) for technical roles.
  • Strong Facilities Management operations experience, vendor and SLA management.
  • Experience with CAFM systems, maintenance planning, and asset registers (for FM Engineer role).
  • Electromechanical expertise for M&E roles; ability to lead testing, commissioning and maintenance teams.
  • Primavera P6 for Planning Engineers; strong reporting and baseline control skills.
  • NEBOSH/OSHA and Six Sigma Green Belt for HSE leadership role.
