Job Details & Responsibilities
We are recruiting skilled tradespeople for a major construction employer in Serbia, Europe. Successful candidates will work on commercial and residential construction projects across Serbia and may be assigned to multi-site activities including structural works, MEP support, finishing works and tile/ceramic installations. Candidates must be safety-conscious, able to follow European site standards, read basic drawings, and work effectively as part of a multinational team. Daily responsibilities vary by role but commonly include site preparation, material handling, installation and finishing, quality checks, and coordination with supervisors and subcontractors.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 3 years of proven experience in the nominated trade (Gulf or European experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Basic to good English communication for safety briefings and coordination on site.
- Valid trade certificates, technical training or apprenticeship certificates where applicable.
- Willingness to travel and comply with employer visa and medical screening procedures.
- Strong teamwork attitude, punctuality, and commitment to quality workmanship.
