Candidate Requirements
- Mandatory GCC experience in Oil & Gas construction with strong exposure to EPC, shutdowns, turnarounds, and brownfield projects.
- Proficiency in QA/QC procedures, inspection test plans (ITP), welding procedures (WPS/PQR), NDT coordination, and documentation control.
- Relevant engineering degree/diploma and certifications (e.g., CSWIP, AWS-CWI, API, NDT Level III, ASNT or equivalent where applicable).
- Ability to interface with construction, HSE, production, and client QA teams; excellent reporting and analytical skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
