• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an MEP Technician in Facility Management or Maintenance roles.
• Prior work experience in GCC countries is highly preferred, demonstrating expertise in international standards and practices.
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory for eligibility.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems in commercial and industrial buildings.
• Ability to read, interpret, and work with technical drawings and schematics.
• Hands-on experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software and reporting tools is a plus.
