Job Summary

Cosmo Project for Contracting is seeking a qualified and motivated Accountant to join our team. The Accountant will be responsible for a full range of accounting tasks, with a special focus on construction and procurement accounts, to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency in the company's operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Recording all journal entries and accounting transactions.
• Preparing and performing monthly bank reconciliations.
• Tracking and managing supplier and subcontractor accounts, ensuring accuracy of invoices and payments.
• Processing and preparing the monthly payroll.
• Generating periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually).

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Approximately 3 years of work experience as an Accountant, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Fluency in English.
• Must have a valid Qatari residence permit with transferable sponsorship (NOC).
• A valid Qatari driving license is highly preferred.
