Candidate Requirements

Candidates must have 7–10 years of proven experience in the same position within the petrochemical, oil & gas, or refinery sectors. Gulf experience is an advantage and will be prioritized. Applicants should demonstrate strong technical knowledge in mechanical fabrication, pipework, static equipment, and shutdown execution. Safety-certified candidates (NEBOSH) are required for supervisory safety roles. Proven ability to work under turnaround schedules, strong communication skills, and readiness for immediate mobilization are required.

Compensation & Benefits

Attractive salary (based on role and experience) plus free food, accommodation, and transportation while on assignment. Short-term contracts range from 3 to 6 months with opportunities for extension depending on project needs and performance. Immediate flights arranged for successful candidates selected during the shortlisting process.
