Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Associate’s + relevant experience acceptable)
- HR related certification is a plus (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, HRCI)
- Minimum 1–3 years HR support / administrative experience in the GCC region
- Strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and ability to support recruitment and HR operations for marine/shipbuilding projects
