Candidate Requirements

- Technical certifications such as API 653, PMP, NEBOSH, or equivalent preferred
- Sound knowledge of safety, operations, planning, and resource management in oil & gas environments
- Effective team coordination and leadership under pressure
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
