Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven overseas experience in sheet metal activities, insulation installation and maintenance.
- Hands-on exposure to assembling parts, fabrication, and construction workflows within industrial facilities.
- Ability to read drawings/isometrics and coordinate with scaffolding and rope access teams for safe job execution.
- Fluent English communication for toolbox talks, safety briefings, and client interactions (mandatory).
- Knowledge of fireproofing systems, surface preparation, painting & blasting is an advantage.
- Commitment to a 3-year contract with shift flexibility and adherence to European HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, allocate, and supervise insulation scopes across multiple assets in the Netherlands.
- Coordinate scaffolding access and rope access interfaces to minimize downtime and rework.
- Oversee material take-off (MTO), sheet metal cutting, cladding, and installation quality.
- Ensure compliance with client specifications, method statements, JSA, and permit-to-work systems.
- Maintain documentation, daily progress reports, and QA/QC records.
